Do I have to list on the marketplace to use this?+
No. Practice management and the marketplace are separate. Plenty of practices run their whole caseload on BCBANow without ever taking a referral from us, and you can opt the practice out of the marketplace entirely.
What does it cost?+

Can my RBTs use it without seeing everything?+
Yes. Staff are added to the practice with a role, and the role decides what they see. An RBT gets the learners on their care team and the session they're running. Billing, contracts and practice settings stay with the people who manage the practice.
Is the VB-MAPP included?+
The VB-MAPP is a licensed assessment, so it is a paid add-on rather than something we can give away with the seat. We build the official VB-MAPP app for Dr. Mark Sundberg, which is why the scoring in BCBANow is the real thing rather than an approximation of it.
What happens to the data I already have?+
Talk to us before you commit to anything. What can be brought across depends on what your current system will export, and we would rather tell you that honestly up front than after you have moved.
