Where the revenue share applies

If we matched you with a family, we take a share of what you bill them, and it shrinks as the case matures. If you brought the client yourself, we take nothing. You're paying $15 a seat for the software, not a cut of your practice.

Questions

Do I have to be on the marketplace to use the software?+

No. The marketplace listing is optional and free. Plenty of practices use BCBANow purely to run their own caseload and never list at all.

What counts as 'my own client'?+

Anyone who came to you outside BCBANow. We only take a share of clients we actively matched you with. If you brought them, you keep everything you bill them, on any plan.

How are seats counted?+

Per active staff member in your practice, at $15 each per month. An RBT who leaves stops being billed. There's no minimum and no per-seat commitment.

Is there a setup fee or an annual contract?+

Neither. No implementation charge, no onboarding fee, and you can stop any month. Most ABA platforms charge separately for implementation; we don't.

Do I need the insurance billing add-on?+

Only if you bill insurance through us. Self-pay practices invoice families directly through Stripe at no extra percentage.

What happens to my data if I leave?+

It's yours. Learner records, session data, and treatment plans can be exported before you close the account.

You pay for therapy the way you would anywhere else: your BCBA bills your insurance, or you pay them directly if you're self-pay.
